How I help: AI websites, WordPress builds and care.
Most websites aren’t broken. They quietly fail at one of three jobs: being found, being chosen, or being safe to change. This page sorts what I help with by those three jobs, from AI websites to WordPress web development in Sydney, care plans and security.
Where should I start if my website isn’t working?
Start with the job that’s failing, not the one that’s most visible.
If people can’t find you, fix the foundation search engines and AI assistants read. If they visit but don’t enquire, review the offer and the path to contact. Your marketing team owns that strategy; my team builds the pages, forms and tracking it needs. If the site is slow or fragile, stabilise it first, because the other two depend on it.
For a national distributor, years of campaigns, plugins and heavy images had slowed the website down. Broken pages and redirect chains held back the pages that should have been selling. My team’s audit found technical debt to clear before anyone considered a new build. We fixed the foundation in a set order, and search results improved without replacing the site. The useful decision was what to keep.

01
Found
Signs it’s failing
Impressions but no clicks. Competitors named in ChatGPT or Gemini, and you’re not.
What I’d check first
Crawl access, page structure, plain answers, consistent business details.
02
Chosen
Signs it’s failing
Traffic but no enquiries. People read, compare, then leave without calling you.
What I’d check first
The offer in the first screen, forms on a phone, proof and speed.
03
Grown
Signs it’s failing
Updates break things, pages are slow, and nobody owns the risk.
What I’d check first
Plugins, hosting, backups, and who approves changes.

Not sure yet? Talk it through
Who is my web team right for, and who is it not for?
It suits businesses where the website brings in revenue and someone sends traffic to it. Knowing which side you’re on before the call saves you weeks.
Right for
- A website that brings in enquiries, sales or donations
- A marketing team that needs changes shipped without a developer for every one
- A rebuild where rankings and tracking must survive
- AI on the website, with someone owning the risk
Not right for
- A site that only needs to exist
- A single small fix, then nothing
- Choosing on the lowest hourly rate
- Google Ads, content SEO or branding (we refer those)
For ongoing care, my team offers month-to-month website care plans. Confirm the plan, scope and notice terms in the proposal; a build or other project has its own agreed milestones.
What should a good website project process look like?
It should start with a diagnosis, not a quote. Someone looks at your site, tracking and goals, tells you whether you need a fix, a rebuild or nothing at all, and then scopes only what earns its place.
01
Free first call

02
First workshop
We agree the goals, the buyers and what must not break.
03
Design in Figma
Designed around how your buyers decide.
04

Built so your team can reuse and edit it.
05
Launch with redirects
Every old URL mapped: kept, redirected to its closest match, or retired on purpose.
06
Keep improving
Launch is where real users start teaching you.
The schedule depends on the templates, content, integrations and review needed. My team scopes those dependencies before agreeing a launch date.

What clients say.
“The team at WP Creative have been a trusted partner of ours for quite a few years. They know WordPress sites back to front and can always help us solve our websites problems in a fast way. Highly recommend their service.”
“I would recommend WPC in a heartbeat! Excellent project manager, coupled with talented brains behind the development paired with the senior management willing to listen and resolve matters in an efficient manner is a rare find”
“I have to say this has been, by far, the least painful new website implementation I’ve ever been involved in. The team are clever, creative, responsive, friendly, professional, and above all considerate to their clients' issues and requirements.”
Questions people
ask me.
Will Nirmal do the work himself?
I set the direction and the standards. My team at WP Creative builds and looks after it, across Sydney and Kathmandu.
Who should do your SEO: your web team, an agency or you?
Your web team should own the foundation: speed, structure, structured data, crawl access and clean migrations. Ongoing content and links belong with a specialist SEO partner or your own team, depending on budget and skills. My team builds the foundation and introduces you to partners we trust for the rest.
Should your web team also run your ads?
Usually not. Ads reward a specialist who lives in the platform every day; the website rewards a team that owns the build. Keep them separate, and make sure both see the same conversion tracking. My team doesn’t run Google Ads, and we’ll introduce you to someone who does.
Can you help if I’m not in Sydney?
Yes. I’m based in Sydney and most clients are across Australia. Pages for Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra describe markets my team serves remotely. We don’t have offices in those cities, and we work in Australian business hours.
How much do website projects cost?
The decision is answered in my guide to website costs, and WP Creative’s offer and pricing are on wpcreative.com.au.
Got a website that should be doing more?
Tell me what the website has to earn. If my team can help, we’ll show you how. If we can’t, we’ll tell you who can.
