AI consultant for the agentic web. First call free.

Most marketing teams looking for an AI consultant have been told to “do AI” and handed tools instead of a plan.

Why work with me as your AI consultant?

Nobody owns the risk, and the noise is loud. A tool announcement does not tell you which workflow is safe to automate. The useful questions are what the AI can read or change, what a person approves and how you will know the result is better.

I’m Nirmal Gyanwali, Founder and CEO of WP Creative, and I built PostCliq. I help marketing teams in Sydney and across Australia work out where AI changes their results and where it is noise, starting with the website. AI can make production faster. Clear limits keep people responsible for what ships.

This page is written for one reader: a marketing team of roughly five to twenty people, in Sydney, Brisbane or anywhere in Australia, that has been asked to start using AI and wants the website to come first. I’m based in Sydney and my team works remotely across Australia.

The consultation is free. Book a call, tell us where you are, and you’ll talk with me or my team. If there is work to do, my team at WP Creative scopes it and delivers it.

What does an AI consultant actually do?

An AI consultant works out where AI will change your results and where it is noise, then helps you act on the useful parts. For a marketing team that means the website, the workflows behind your campaigns, and how ready your site is for AI agents. The output is a clear next step, not a slide deck about the future.

Here, that conversation costs nothing. I don’t sell AI advice by the hour. The consultation is how we find out whether my team can help, and what is worth building.

You get:

  • A straight answer on where AI fits for your business, and where it doesn’t
  • What to do first, what can wait and what to ignore
  • A scoped proposal from WP Creative, only if there is work worth doing

Is AI really changing how buyers find and choose suppliers?

Yes, but unevenly. Buyers increasingly ask an assistant for a shortlist before they visit a website, and fewer searches end in a click. Agents that complete purchases on someone’s behalf are earlier than the headlines suggest. Plan for AI reading and comparing your business now, and for agents acting on it later.

The agentic web is the stage of the internet in which AI agents, not just people, find, read, compare and act on websites on someone’s behalf. Post-click value is what a visit to your website is worth after the click: the enquiries, sales and revenue it produces, whether a person or an AI agent made the visit.

Post-click value is why I built PostCliq; WP Creative operates it. It helps marketing teams find the revenue leaks after the click and decide which website fixes to make first. It’s free to use. Run your site through PostCliq

01

Reading comes first

Today most of what agents do on the web is reading and comparing. Your website is now read by software before a person ever sees it.

02

Fewer visits, each worth more

If AI answers take some clicks, the visits that remain often arrive further along. Each one can be worth more in enquiries, sales and revenue, but only if the site turns it into one.

03

Acting comes later

It will be uneven: some agent experiments have already been switched off. The winners will be sites software can read, trust and use when agents do arrive.

Should my marketing team use AI on the website?

Yes, for the repetitive jobs: drafting pages, publishing with approval, reporting, routing leads and moving data between systems. Each job needs a person who approves what goes live, and four guardrails: the least access the job needs, an approval step, a log of every change, and a way to roll back. Speed without those is just faster risk.

Good first jobs for AI

  • Drafting pages and FAQs from real buyer questions
  • Weekly reporting from analytics and Search Console
  • Lead routing from forms to your CRM
  • Handovers between systems

What keeps them safe

  • A person edits and approves before publishing
  • Read-only access to the data
  • Logged, with alerts when a rule fails
  • Tested on staging, with a rollback

When not to

Don’t give an AI tool admin access to your live site, payment data or customer records to save an hour. Don’t automate a process nobody has written down. And don’t add a chatbot until you know which questions your buyers can’t get answered today.

How my team keeps client data out of AI tools

My team works under a written AI security policy. Only approved business AI tools are used on client work. Client production data, meaning real customer records, orders, form entries and anything with personal details or credentials, never goes into an AI tool; logs and error messages are stripped of those details first. No AI agent deploys to a live site without a person approving it, and every AI-assisted change gets the same code review as any other.

How my team builds with AI

My team uses Claude Code with the same guardrails. Every client project carries one project structure: the rules, decisions, coding and security standards written down, safety checks that block risky commands, and a code review before anything merges. That helps us design and deliver faster while keeping someone responsible for the risk. WP Creative is working toward ISO 27001 certification.

What should I ask an AI consultant before I hire anyone?

Ask five things. What will this change in enquiries or revenue, and how will we know? What can the AI access, and who approves its changes? What happens when it is wrong? What can we stop doing because of it? And what have you built and still run? Vague answers are your answer.

01

What will it change?

Ask how you will know. A good answer names a number you already track, such as enquiries or revenue.

02

What can it touch?

A good answer is “as little as the job needs”, read-only by default, with a person approving every change.

03

What happens when it’s wrong?

A good answer includes a log of every change, an alert when something fails and a way to roll back.

04

What do we stop doing?

If nothing gets removed, you have added work, not saved it. A good answer names the manual task that goes away.

05

What have you built?

A good answer points to agents and AI workflows they run themselves, not a vendor demo. I build and test them every day, on my team’s own platform, internal tools and client work. Ask anyone you hire for the same.

Why talk to me about AI

I grew up on a farm in rural Nepal with no money and no English. I saw my first computer at 17, and I learned it from a classified ad offering free DOS classes. That taught me something I still use with every new tool, AI included: the tool is learnable in a weekend. Knowing what to point it at, and what not to, is the job.

I’m a builder, not a commentator. Everything I say about AI and the web comes from something I’ve built.

“Nirmal and his team have been excellent in assisting with our project. Nirmal is not only reliable but also very talented. Our project involved building a world-first technology platform, it was not an easy brief, but his results were outstanding. We highly recommend Nirmal and his team.”

01

I sold my first startup

I built a health portal while I was at medical school and sold it to a pharmaceutical company.

02

I founded WP Creative

in 2016. It has served 1,200+ businesses and has a team of 40+ people.

03

I built PostCliq

, my product for finding the revenue leaks after the click. WP Creative operates it.

04

I help startups build

I helped the founders of designerex build a world-first platform: a designer clothing marketplace that went global and raised funding.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Bring one workflow that is slowing the team down, the person who owns it and a sanitised example of the input and expected output. Tell us how you judge the job today: enquiry quality, publishing time, errors or another measure you already use. You do not need to send customer records or credentials.

Before building a pilot, I want the boundary clear: what it may read, what it may change, who approves the result and when it must stop for a person. That makes the first decision smaller and testable.

How the free consultation works

No cost, no obligation. The call is how we start, not something we bill for.

01

Book a call

Fill in the contact form. Tell us what your website does today and where AI already shows up in your business.

02

We talk it through

You’ll talk with me or my team, depending on what you need. We ask about your goals, buyers and site before suggesting anything.

03

A straight answer

Where AI helps, where it doesn’t, what to do first and what to ignore. If we’re not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.

04

WP Creative delivers

If there is work to do, my team at WP Creative scopes it with a reason behind every item, and you decide.

What my team builds after the call

01

AI websites

Custom websites designed and built faster with AI, and reviewed by people. See AI web design.

02

AI-ready rebuilds

A site AI assistants and agents can reach, understand, trust and act on. See AI-ready websites.

03

Automation and workflows

AI where it removes manual work for your marketing team, with a person approving what matters.

04

AI on your website

Assistants, product finders and quizzes, built around a problem your buyers actually have.

05

Care and security

So an AI-built site stays safe after launch. See WordPress care plans.

06

Hosting

WP Creative offers managed WordPress hosting, with multiple plans, so your site, care and hosting sit with one team.

What this looks like in practice

A data analytics and AI company

They needed their homepage redesigned to present generative AI features, plus new insight and retail partner pages. My team delivered it on a multi-year care plan, so the site kept moving as their product did.

A national jewellery retailer

AI and bot crawler traffic was overwhelming their hosting servers, slowing the site and breaking data feeds. My team analysed the crawler patterns, escalated with the host and coordinated the fix. Being readable by AI also means controlling what AI costs you.

Who this is for, and what we don’t do

Good fit

  • A marketing manager, CMO or founder of a growing Australian business
  • Your website carries real ad spend or drives enquiries
  • You want your site ready for AI assistants and agents
  • You want AI to remove manual work, not just add output
  • You want a straight answer and a team to build it
  • You value evidence over hype

Not a fit

  • Enterprise-wide AI transformation programmes
  • Custom machine learning models or data science
  • SEO, GEO or content campaigns (we refer these to trusted partners)
  • Someone wanting a list of AI tools to try
  • A one-off workshop with no follow-through
  • Anyone after a guarantee of rankings, AI citations or revenue

My team builds the technical foundation: fast, crawlable, structured, accessible, secure and readable by agents. For SEO, GEO and content work, we introduce you to partners we trust.

More questions people ask me about AI

Is the AI consultation really free?

Yes. There is no fee for the call and no paid advisory package behind it. The consultation is how we work out whether my team can help. If there is work worth doing, WP Creative sends a scoped proposal and you decide. If there isn’t, you leave with a straight answer.

Who will I talk to?

You’ll talk with me or my team at WP Creative, depending on what you need. My team handles every enquiry that comes through this site, and they know how I think about AI and websites. If your situation needs my input, I’m part of the conversation.

Should I pay someone to get us mentioned in ChatGPT?

Not for a promise of mentions, and be careful of anyone who sells one. My team builds the foundation AI assistants rely on: fast pages, clear facts, structured data and pages they can reach. SEO, GEO and content campaigns go to partners we trust. What that foundation includes is on my AI-ready websites page.

What should the work cost if we go ahead?

The call costs nothing; for how to judge what the work should cost, read what a website should cost, and for the offer itself, see WP Creative.
