Who runs this site
This is the personal website of Nirmal Gyanwali, Suite 63, 89-97 Jones Street, Ultimo NSW 2007. Website work is delivered by WP Creative, the company I founded, under its own agreements.
General information, not advice
What I publish here is my opinion and general information about websites, AI, search and running a business online. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or security advice for your situation. Cost ranges, timelines and statistics are guides at the date they were written, and they change. Check the date on each page, and get advice before you make a big decision.
Client stories
When I tell stories about clients, I change details such as the industry, timing and numbers to protect their privacy, unless a client has agreed to be named. Published case studies identify their source and the limits of any reported result. A past result is not a promise of what another business will achieve.
Enquiries and work
Sending an enquiry or booking a call doesn’t create a contract. Any project is agreed in writing with WP Creative, on WP Creative’s terms, before work starts.
Using my content
This site includes original material and material owned by other creators, clients or licensors. A page-specific licence, such as a data reuse licence, takes priority for that material. Do not assume I can give permission to reuse a third party’s work.

I link to other websites, including WP Creative and PostCliq, when I think they’re useful. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, and don’t use the forms to send spam or harmful material.
Liability
I work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for loss that comes from relying on general information on this site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. The ACCC explains those consumer rights.

Changes and governing law
If I change these terms, I’ll update this page and the date at the top. Changes don’t apply to anything that happened before they were posted.
