Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project.
  • Managing the end-to-end customer experience from requirements collection to delivery.
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Ensuring the team’s utilisation is efficiently managed and productivity is high.
  • Conducting regular retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Taking full ownership of the development process and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience and interest in end-to-end customer experience management.
  • Experience with Scrum and project management tools like JIRA, ClickUp.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and version control tools like Git.
  • Ability to manage challenging and high-standard international website projects.
  • Understanding of resource utilisation and planning across departments.
