Project Manager

Requirements :

Bachelor or Master degree in computer related field
2+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience in web development (WordPress and PHP)
Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of project requirement analysis, project planning, estimation and deployment
Ability to manage challenging and high standards international web projects
Strong knowledge of front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and jQuery)
Has experience using Project Management tools like Zoho/Trello and version control system like Git.
Strong people management ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the website hosting servers and configurations
Keen to research on new web technologies and solutions requirements

Establishes Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters
Define project’s objectives, create milestones and oversee control throughout the entire project development
Create Gantt chart to track projects and plan resources
Monitor and maintain project quality standards and deliver milestones according to the project plan
Identify problems and provide technical solutions
Create daily status reports on all project activities and send to Sydney team
Look after Change Requests and Issue Management through the support desk
Build and train technical team
Setup development standards and process
Provide regular training to an internal team on industry standards and new technologies
